What are your prices per night for your rooms?
Please refer to our Reservations page for room availability and date-specific pricing.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Please notify us should you require an adjusted arrival time, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Check out is at 11:00am.
Can you tell me about your breakfast?
Breakfast is served between 9:00am and 10:00am in the dining room with family-style seating. It is both a hot and cold menu, with rotating menu items and farm-to-table ingredients throughout the year. Should you require breakfast to be served earlier, please inquire at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We’re also very happy to accommodate any allergy or dietary needs.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A credit card number is required at the time of booking. Should you cancel your reservation, a $35 administration fee will be charged up to 72 hours prior to your stay. A “no show” will be charged for the entire reservation.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Fully customizable gift certificates are available for purchase. Please call or email us to inquire and make your purchase.
How far are you from the main strip?
We are located 800m from Queen Street. Within eight-minutes walking distance, you’ll reach the main strip in Niagara-on-the-Lake, boasting cafés, local shops and boutiques, restaurants, and artisan shops.
Do you have pets in the house?
We do have a furry family member – his name is Harley, he’s a small hypoallergenic Maltese dog and loves to interact with our guests. Please inquire if you have any reservations about meeting him.
Can I bring my pet?
For sanitary reasons within the guest rooms, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.
Can I bring my entire family?
We are an adult-based B&B and are unable to accommodate children under 10 years of age.
What's nearby?
Our central location is just a few minutes’ drive from Pellar Estates, Two Sisters Vineyards, and the 100 Fountain Spa. We also have complimentary wine-tasting passes for some wineries in the area which we’ll offer you on your arrival.
What is the best way to get around if we’d like to enjoy the surrounding wineries?
Uber has arrived in Niagara-on-the-Lake! We also recommend eSkoot Niagara, eBike Niagara, Zoom Leisure Bikes, Niagara Vintage Wine Tours.
How far is the Shaw Festival Theatre?
The Shaw Festival Theatre is just 1.4km away from our home, less than 20-minutes walking distance and a mere three-minute drive.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted in the house, but please feel free to smoke in the gardens. We kindly request that you use the ashtrays provided.
